A new menu every season

Besides the weekly offerings, we cook meals that remain on the menu all season — but not longer! Everything on the plate should be fresh. Ideally, it should be grown locally, and not travel halfway around the world.

Our experienced chef Petr Šalplachta prepares cuisine in complete harmony with the beer. The seasonal menu is refreshed four times a year.
